Right now, we are adding a Bookkeeper to our team of multifamily housing professionals at our Clearwater Creek apartment communities in River Ridge, LA.

As the Bookkeeper, you will:

• Collect and process rent payments; ensure balances are collected; and balance the rent roll
• Data entry of information such as deposits, forfeitures, and rental payments
• File evictions according to company policy
• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Provide excellent customer service to our existing residents
