1st Choice Services is hiring New Client Account Executives for the entire state of California
to build business relationships with companies in need of Direct Hire Staff in the areas of Accounting and Finance, Industrial and Skilled Trade, Engineering, Manufacturing and Production, Professional Services, Medical/Science and Executive Services.

- Probation of 90 days. Must meet sales and training goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES & GOALS
- Present our services to potential clients
- Generate and submit at least 20 leads per week
- Generate $10,000+ per month in gross sales
- Research prospective clients to develop a more expansive client list
- Establish contact relationship to build upon the business and obtain referrals
- Generate new business accounts
- Attend tradeshows, view jobs online, social media, networking groups, face to face meetings with HR managers, Directors, CEOs, etc.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Send rates to leads; follow-up via emails and calls within 24 hours
- Planned and consistent communication to prospective clients to obtain and close agreements for services
- Follow up with prospective clients/companies to secure job orders
- Submit job orders to Acquisition Department once sale is finalized so that contract can be generated and sent to client
- Must have active social media, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook profiles
- Meet and exceed sales goals
SKILLS & MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
- Age 21+ with HS Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelors Desired but not required
- Must be comfortable making meeting with people in person, making cold calls and sending cold emails
- Must be hard-working and have strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and customer service attitude conducting business over the phone, internet or in person
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Successful building long-term relationships and structuring deals
- 2 + years of Business to Business sales experience preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft Outlook and Gmail accounts familiarity
- Supply your own laptop or desktop, smartphone with text, email, video capabilities required
COMPENSATION
- 100% commission + random incentives and bonuses
- Commission is 30% of gross sales and will be paid upon successful closing/completion of position being filled
