Personal Assistant / Social Media Marketing At 19th Volume Cosmetics Corp.

Job Summary

Your Personal Assistant Responsibilities include:

• Answering emails
• Managing/creating schedules
• Running basic errands

Your Social Media Marketing responsibilities include:

• Creating unique brand content (ie. product photography, lifestyle photography, captions, copy etc.)
• Planning/scheduling campaigns, posts, advertisements
• Building PR contact lists
• Reaching out to industry influences, media etc.
• Keeping track of industry trends, social trends, etc.
• Strategizing on how to effectively grow brand awareness

Job Type / Category

- Part-time position with 10-16 hours per week.

- Schedule is set two weeks in advance (work hours are scheduled between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday).

- Position offers flexibility to work some hours "from home".

- Potential to become full time position.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Looking for an engaging, enthusiastic, intelligent individual who is:

• Experienced with social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
• Detail oriented, creative, innovative and analytical
• Skilled at photography and editing (both product and lifestyle)
• Interested in beauty and skincare
• Willing to expand their knowledge of the beauty industry
• Able to efficiently manage time
• University/college degree (preferred)

Regular access to smart phone, laptop and photoshop is required. Must have regular access to vehicle (car).

Social Media Marketing experience is preferred but not required.
