Our Company is a Private Real Estate & Financial Firm. We are seeking an office assistant for our V.P. of operations. Candidate will help out with basic office/ Filing work. Responsibilities will include answering phones & interacting with clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel . Good penmanship & pleasant telephone demeanor is required.
