The Insights team work with live social data to measure social activations, to provide conversational insights and build social strategies, in support of the measurement and evaluation needs of a creative agency.
This role is to work on the campaign evaluation side of the business and support the Insights team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Devise and assist with managing the data collection and data storage processes for social media campaigns
Support team in social data collection & measurement
Work with development team to ensure data quality and innovate processes where possible
Support Insights team on social media measurement frameworks and KPIs
Assist with research & measurement for clients via Excel, Google Sheets/Slides PowerPoint and Word documents
To continuously develop knowledge of WOM and social media
Help produce, visualize and analyze metrics for client reports, and to have an appreciation of the quality required for client reports
SKILLS
A passionate and entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong desire to lead the field in social media measurement
Data visualisation
Knowledge of social network APIs
Research and analytical experience in social or digital
A diligent team player, able to work effectively with all functions within the business
Ability to look beyond the numbers towards recommendations and action
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail
Be Microsoft Office proficient, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desire to take graphing skills well beyond basic Excel
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree
Strong competency in data analysis and Excel
Internship experience and Digital or Social Agency experience preferable
