Job Description:

As a Senior Account Manager at Grow Enrollments, you will be overseeing several client ad accounts across the Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms. You will be optimizing campaigns as well as delegating tasks to other team members. You will be responsible for maintaining campaign performance as well as hitting goals set by upper management.

In addition to personal account management, you will be running weekly performance calls with our clients to serve them and deepen our relationships. This includes bringing fresh and new marketing ideas to your clients every week.

Our entire team has a culture of learning and growth, we are constantly finding new ideas to test as well as keeping track of new developments in the space. You will keep up to date with Betas on the different platforms and be able to assess when and where to use them.

You will need to be organized and detail-oriented. By using a project management tool you will be expected to perform tasks for clients and other team members on time, while also supplying tasks to account analysts and providing feedback for those tasks.

You must be able to teach strategies to members of your team and promote their progress and learning.

Skill Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on SEM
• Deep understanding of Google Ads and Bing Marketing platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel needed, PowerPoint knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to process and interpret data on a high level
